At Schools & Career Expos we have the opportunity to talk to a lot more girls at once that may be interested in a Trades Career or working in a Non Traditional role or Environment. Many of the girls may already be doing Woodworking or Metal Work etc in School & really enjoy it, but may be thinking they can't make a career out of it upon leaving. We're here to let them know they can!
Sometimes all it takes is hearing it from someone other than their parents or teachers.

- Provide them with an ongoing support network
